How it works
- You’ve clicked your friend’s unique tracking link. Simply check your postcode above, place your order and your credit should show on your order page. If not, please get in touch before continuing.
- You’ll get connected and start enjoying ultrafast fibre broadband in your home.
- After your first month, you and your friend will share your first monthly charge 50/50 as a credit.
If the refer a friend credit is not showing in your order page, but you still complete your order, there is no way we can retrospectively apply the credit. The credit will be issued within 30-60 days of your connection (not order date). You must have been connected for over a month and have your account in good standing. If you cancel your service within the cooling off period, haven’t paid your bills, or are otherwise in dispute with us, then the credit is null and void. Orders from any link shared on our own social media or Trustpilot pages will not be counted. The refer a friend scheme is online only – no telephone/offline orders.
